Can you please send a hard copy of the application form?

GoldStar are not sending out hard copies of the guidance and the application form as we would like to have as much money as possible to fund the Good Practice events.

Where can I download the guidance and application form?

You can download an application form and guidance from http://www.goldstar.org.uk/SmallGrantsForEvents.htm

Can we link up with other organisations?

Yes you can apply to hold Good Practice events with other organisations.

Can we hold a Good Practice event in any area of the UK?

No, we can only fund events in England

Can I hold any type of event?

 

No, the aim of the event should be to share good practice working with volunteers to other organisations working with the following target groups

I am a GoldStar funded project; will it be possible for me to apply for the grant?

 

Yes as long as it does not duplicate any events already planned and funded through the GoldStar programme.

Can I submit more than one application?

No, you should only submit one application for a grant per lead organisation.  If you intend to have a series of events or to replicate work in more than one region, you should detail this on your application form

I want to hold event(s) in more than one region.  Can I therefore apply for more funding to do this?

 

Yes, you can apply for between £100 and £3000 per region of activity.  Please detail this on your application.
