MODA: Voluntary participation and inspiration
Date: Thursday 19th February 2009
Time: 10.30am - 4.30pm
Migrant Orgainsations’ development agency is a second-tier infrastructure organisation set up in 1998 with the aim of informing, supporting and giving a voice to migrant and minority ethnic community organisations across London.
Migrant Organisations’ development agency shared good practice promoting volunteering opportunities and celebrating individual and group achievements through a volunteer award ceremony.
The main activities were discussion based workshops and speeches from representatives from local organisations at the beginning of the day. It was well attended and facilitated.
